Individual Psychotherapy
& Relationship Counseling

I provide individual and relationship therapy for a multitude of presenting issues and needs (in detail below). I blend mindfulness practice with clinical expertise to nurture the whole person rather than only a part. I operate from a strong solution-oriented perspective to help you meet your goals and improve your quality of life and relationships.

I work with relationships of all constellations including romantic (monogamous, ENM/CNM/poly, queer, genderqueer, and anything between and beyond in identity), platonic, and professional.

My fees vary per service and have limited sliding scale options for folks with financial barriers. We can discuss these options during the consultation.

Please note that I am out network at this time, but I work with all plans eligible for reimbursement. If you're interested in exploring this option, I recommend giving a call to your insurance provider to ask what percentage of the psychotherapy session (code 90834 or 90837) they cover with an out of network provider. This will give you an idea of what resources you have available to you.
