Individual Psychotherapy
& Relationship Counseling
I provide individual and relationship therapy for a multitude of presenting issues and needs (in detail below). I blend mindfulness practice with clinical expertise to nurture the whole person rather than only a part. I operate from a strong solution-oriented perspective to help you meet your goals and improve your quality of life and relationships.
I work with romantic, platonic, and professional relationships of all constellations (monogamous, ENM/CNM/poly, queer, genderqueer, and anything between and beyond in identity).
My fees vary per service and have limited sliding scale options for folks with financial barriers. We can discuss these options during the consultation.
Please note that I am out network at this time, but I work with all plans eligible for reimbursement. If you're interested in exploring this option, I recommend giving a call to your insurance provider to ask what percentage of the psychotherapy session (code 90837) they cover with an out of network provider. This will give you an idea of what resources you have available to you.
Group Therapy
Community is proven to be an incredibly effective and strong treatment modality, which is why group therapy has become a major pillar of my work. Sample groups I have facilitated:
— Chronic Illness Support Group
— Substance Use for First Responders
— Eating Disorder Process Group
— Queer Femmefolx Support Group
— Body Image Book Club
— Existential Anxiety Support Group
— Building Self-Worth Intensive
— Guided Meditation Group
...and more.

I specialize in working with adults managing presenting needs such as depression, anxiety, shame, trauma/inner wounds, grief, life transitions, work and school, relationship issues, family dynamics, sex and intimacy, gender & sexuality exploration and affirmation, stress, chronic illness, substance use, eating disorders/disordered eating, body image, and more.
To do so, I incorporate diverse contemporary psychotherapy modalities through an anti-oppressive lens including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT-E, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Mind-Body Therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Relationship Counseling, Grief Therapies, Behavioral Activation, Feminist Therapy, Life Coaching, Harm Reduction, and Gestalt therapy.
I companion individuals of all backgrounds and identities.
I hold two B.A.s from Boston University in Psychology & Philosophy as well as Forensic Developmental Psychology. I also received a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from The Columbia University School of Social Work.
I am EMDR trained and have post-graduate training in Substance Use/Chemical Dependency from the Yale School of Medicine as well as in CBT-E, an empirically proven treatment modality for Eating Disorders.
I am also a guest facilitator for Global Girls Prep's Women-In-Action program. I connect with students who are interested in deepening their learning of body politics and the relevant systemic and societal harm.
I am sex, sexuality, gender, and body affirming.
