& Relationship Counseling
I provide individual and relationship therapy for a multitude of presenting issues and needs. I blend spiritual practice with clinical expertise to nurture the whole person rather than only a part. I operate from a strong solution-oriented perspective to help you meet your goals and improve your quality of life and relationships.
My fee is $200 per session for individual therapy and $225 for relationship counseling. I have limited sliding scale options for folks with financial barriers.
Please note that I am out network at this time, but I work with all plans eligible for reimbursement. If you're interested in exploring this option, I recommend giving a call to your insurance provider to ask what percentage of the psychotherapy session (code 90834 or 90837) they cover with an out of network provider. This will give you an idea of what resources you have available to you.
Community is empirically proven to be therapeutic, which is why group therapy has become a major pillar of my work. Sample groups I have facilitated:
— Substance Use for First Responders
— Eating Disorder Process Group
— Queer Folx Support Group
— Effective Communication Skill-Building
— Navigating & Establishing Healthy Relationships
— Learning & Managing Triggers
— Guided Meditation Groups
— Inner Child Healing
...and many more.
